• assists the ceo with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
• communicates with staff, board members, and other stakeholders on the ceo’s behalf and coordinates logistics for meetings both internally and externally.
• takes detailed notes and prepares action item summaries during and after each meeting.
• interprets and condenses the key points from finance and marketing reports and summarizes for the ceo.
• conducts detailed research on various topics as requested.
• prepares powerpoint presentations and basic quantitative analyses in excel as needed; and
• maintains a detailed filing system on behalf of the ceo.
typical education/experience requirements:
• bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• at least 5 years of experience providing support for upper-level management.
• proficient in written and spoken english and chinese.
• proficient in use of excel, word, and powerpoint.
• rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail.
• strong work ethic with self-accountability for high-quality results.
• positive attitude and perseverance in the face of challenges and changing circumstances.
• high-energy self-starter capable of completing a diverse workload within strict timelines.
• absolute discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
